Setup your Nut account

How to create an account?

1.Download the Nut App on a compatible smartphone or tablet.

2.Open the App and then click "Start" > click the upper left corner > click the user Avatar to enter the login page > click "Create a new account?".

3.You can choose to use email address or phone number for registration:

4.If you choose to create an account using email.

4.1 Enter a valid email address that can be used for your account;

4.2 Create a password with a length of at least 6 characters, and then click the registration button. At this time, you can normally use the Nut App to pair with nut;

4.3 You will receive a verification email containing a 6-digit code. On the home page of Nut App - > click the button in the upper left corner - > click the user Avatar - > click the email and enter the code. This will verify your email address.

5.If you choose to use phone number to create an account.

5.1 Select the country code of your country or region;

5.2 Enter phone number that can be used for your account, and click to get the verification code;

5.3 You will receive a SMS containing a 6-digit code, and enter the code. This will verify your phone number; (if you do not receive the SMS within 60s, please wait a few more minutes. The SMS may be delayed, and repeated applications for the verification code will lead to failure due to exceeding the limit.)

5.4 Create a password at least 6 characters long, and then click the registration button.

6.Follow the prompts to allow Nut App to access Bluetooth and location services. This is important because these permissions will allow your Nut to connect to phone or tablet.

7.You are all ready! Now you can pair your phone with the first nut!


I just created an account, but did not receive the registration confirmation email or SMS verification code.

· If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes after the request, please contact our customer service team and we will help you as soon as possible.

· If you have not received the SMS verification code and have failed to apply for many times, please contact our customer service team and we will help you as soon as possible.
